Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy from Cocorush! If something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’re happy to help with an exchange.

• Exchanges and Returns: Available within 7 days of delivery. 
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Reimbursement: Your return will be processed as store credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
  Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, and any delivery fees are non-refundable. A return fee of SGD $5 will be applied to cover shipping arrangements.
• Please note: For returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria, we will unfortunately have to reject the request.
